Factor Screener is a research tool that provides mutual fund, index fund, and stock screening data, including outperformance, tracking quality, and momentum metrics. The Site is intended for informational and research purposes only.

Nothing on this Site constitutes investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. All information is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

3. User Accounts

You may create a free account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized or harmful activity.

4. Pro Membership and Payments

Factor Screener offers an optional paid Pro membership that unlocks additional metric categories and research views. Payment for Pro membership is made directly to the proprietor via UPI.

By purchasing a Pro membership, you agree to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Membership grants access for the duration stated in the selected plan. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on refunds and cancellations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, data compilations, and materials on the Site are the intellectual property of Paritosh Negi, unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site’s content without prior written permission.

The name “Factor Screener” and associated branding are proprietary. Third-party data sources and trademarks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paritosh Negi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This includes, but is not limited to, any investment losses, data inaccuracies, or decisions made based on Site content.

You acknowledge that you use the Site at your own risk and are solely responsible for your investment decisions and their outcomes.
